These space colony concept drawings were the result of collaboration between Princeton physicist Gerard O’Neill, the NASA Ames Research Center and Stanford University in the 1970’s. They held a series of space colony summer studies which explored the possibilities of humans living in giant orbiting spaceships.

“Lance Armstrong inspired Street art appears in Los Angeles. The 3 foot wide stenciled painting appeared overnight in Los Angeles’ fashionable Melrose Avenue area. The piece show a yellow jerseyed racing cyclist with a I.V drip attached to his bike. Armstrong admitted to drug taking and receiving blood transfusions prior to races, during a televised interview with Oprah Winfrey.”
